Your new PRORESOLUTIONS computer system is covered by a 2 year Return to Base Warranty
ProResolutions warrants that the computer systems it manufactures will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. The standard limited warranty term is 2 years beginning on the date of invoice.
Any computer systems from major vendors such as ASUS, HP, IBM, COMPAQ, LENOVO that are purchased from PRORESOLUTIONS have warranties that are specific to those vendors. For any products from major vendors purchased from ProResolutions, the end user must contact the manufacturers help desk to organize warranty support.
This limited warranty does not cover damage due to external causes, including accident, abuse, misuse, over clocking, problems with electrical power, servicing not authorized by ProResolutions, usage not in accordance with product instructions, failure to perform required preventive maintenance, and problems caused by use of parts and components not supplied by ProResolutions.
This limited warranty does not cover any items that are in one or more of the following categories: software; monitors, keyboards, and mice, accessories or parts added to a ProResolutions system after the system is shipped from ProResolutions, accessories or parts added that are not installed in the ProResolutions workshop. In some cases, ProResolutions represents the products we sell, but we have no control over the warranty of these products.
Keyboards & Mice are warranted for 12 months only. Monitors carry manufacturer’s warranty.
During the warranty period beginning on the invoice date, PRORESOLUTIONS will repair or replace products returned to PRORESOLUTIONS workshop. To request limited warranty service, you must contact PRORESOLUTIONS Technical Support within the limited warranty period before returning any item. You must ship the products back to PRORESOLUTIONS in their original or equivalent packaging, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. PRORESOLUTIONS will ship the repaired or replacement products to you freight prepaid. PRORESOLUTIONS will reimburse your freight cost in the first 12 months, using normal freight services, excluding Express & Air services.
NOTE: Before you ship the product(s) to PRORESOLUTIONS, back up the important data on the hard-disk drive(s) and any other storage device(s) in the product(s). Although, we usually try and rescue or preserve data, anything can happen in the shipping of the system.
The end-user is responsible for all DATA. PRORESOLUTIONS assumes no responsibility for loss of DATA. PRORESOLUTIONS owns all parts removed from repaired products. PRORESOLUTIONS uses new parts made by various manufacturers in performing limited warranty repairs. If PRORESOLUTIONS repairs or replaces a product, the limited warranty of the system is from the original invoice date of the system.
This warranty excludes Software issues including Viruses, Trojans, Worms, Users incorrect configuration. PRORESOLUTIONS Does not apply warranty to the software installed on the system, Software licensing requires that the end user agree with the licensing terms and conditions set out by the software company that produces the product when the software is installed. The software state is also not warranted as PRORESOLUTIONS has no control over the software once it Leaves PRORESOLUTIONS.
A service charge may apply if the system (hardware) is found not faulty.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. PRORESOLUTIONS'S RESPONSIBILITY FOR MALFUNCTIONS AND DEFECTS IN HARDWARE IS LIMITED TO REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT AS SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY STATEMENT. THERE ARE NO IMPLIED OR EXPRESS WARRANTIES FOR THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ALL SOFTWARE SOLD IS SOLD "AS IS"WITH NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. PLEASE REFER TO MANUFACTURER FOR SOFTWARE ISSUES.
PRORESOLUTIONS DOES NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY BEYOND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY STATEMENT OR LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY LIABILITY FOR PRODUCTS NOT BEING AVAILABLE FOR USE OR FOR LOST DATA OR SOFTWARE. |
