Has allowed us to develop a broad range of knowledge and skills which our personnel need to provide IT services to our clients in the following areas:

 

* Support / Repair of notebook systems

 

We provide at our office support, diagnosis,

and repair of notebook systems.

This includes supply of replacement parts,

reloading software, and system health checks.

                                                     

* Support / Repair of desktop and server systems

                                   

We provide onsite support, diagnosis and repair of desktop and server systems this includes supply of replacement parts, reloading software, and system health checks.

                                   

* Infrastructure installation and implementation.

 

We install and implement infrastructure, e.g. roll out of a network installation, this would include. Installation of a number of workstations at a business site. Plus installation of a network resource such as a 24 port switch. The final aspect would be configuration and interconnection of all these devices.

 

* Network support & Administration

 

Some small businesses are not able to employ

a full time network administrator in this situation

ProResolutions can provide support and

administration on either an ad hoc basis or by

virtue of a signed maintenance agreement.
