Our Philosophy
At ProResolutions we strive to provide our clients with a total turnkey solution to their IT requirements. We follow a code of ethical conduct when doing business with our clients. Our greatest strength is the ability to adapt to the changing needs of our clients Our focus is on the customer solution with a resolve to serve our clients to the best of our ability.
Our History
At ProResolutions we have been providing a high quality of customer service and support to Clients of major organizations in the IT industry for over 20 years. Our staff have gained extensive industry experience from employment by a number of major vendors in the IT industry.
We originally started our service in the industry in 1985 as field support representatives for NCR Australia. This went through till 1995 servicing NCR computers, Atms, and Pos systems in major retail stores such as David Jones, Prouds, Commonwealth Bank, Jewels Food stores, and Coles.
After this period ProResolutions personnel where employed by DIGITAL for a 2 year period to manage and deploy an internet based business banking software package for Westpac Bank. This included a two stage training program we conducted for Westpac clients and the DIGITAL field deployment team on a nationwide basis.
In 1997 DIGITAL employed our staff to manage their Clientele and local office in the Illawarra. This carried through until DIGITAL merged with Compaq near the closing stages of 1999. The clients of DIGITAL included BHP, CSC, the Illawarra Area Health Service, Tafe, The NSW police service, and the Dept of Defense. Our main responsibilities were the field support of ALPHA systems, DIGITAL high and low end Server systems, and DIGITALS’ range of networking products.
When the Merger was complete the staff at ProResolutions was further engaged to include COMPAQs’ Range of servers and Computer systems in their support portfolio.
In May 2002 HP merged with Compaq. HP retained the services of ProResolutions staff and the HP Server and Computer systems product range were also added to the product support base. In 2006 ProResolutions engaged in an alliance with major wholesalers to provide a sales arm to our client base in order to provide our clients with access to cost effective hardware.
